The Nine Radio Internship Program is an eight-week paid opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in radio broadcasting. As a Radio Intern, you will work across various departments, including content creation, social media engagement, and panel operation. You will be buddied up with a Mentor for each rotation and work under the guidance of our Radio Station/Content Manager.

About the Role

  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in radio broadcasting, including content creation, audio production, and on-air presentation.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our producers, on-air talent, and other team members to deliver high-quality content.
  • You will have the chance to engage with our audiences through social media platforms and develop your skills in digital media.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and creativity.

About You

  • You have an interest in pursuing a career in radio broadcasting and digital media.
  • You are available for full-time work for eight weeks, commencing mid/late October 2024.
  • You are open to the potential of either permanent or casual opportunities post-internship.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are professional in approach.
  • You are eager to learn and get the most out of the program.
