A luxury property-based company near South Melbourne is seeking a vibrant and engaging candidate to join their team as a Front of House Receptionist.
This privately owned business prides itself on building long-term, trusted partnerships with clients and guests.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will utilise your customer service and administrative skills to manage the front desk reception and provide support to the Executive Assistant.
You will be responsible for dealing with a wide variety of guests and visitors, managing the meeting rooms, bookings, and directors' diaries, and maintaining the office area and equipment.
Duties:
- Manage the reception and front-of-house
- Provide administrative support to the wider team
- Maintain the office area and equipment
- Manage meeting rooms, bookings, and directors' diaries
- Support the Executive Assistants when required
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar position
- High attention to detail
- Warm and personal approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages
- Great personal and professional standards
