Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our project management and systems engineering delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, systems engineering, and experience working on complex technical projects.

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting stakeholder requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, task estimation, and scheduling.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as governance frameworks.
  • Managing project risks, issues, and changes, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicating project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in project management, systems engineering, and technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and systems engineering principles.
  • Experience working in Defence industry environments.
