Electrical Project Engineer Opportunity

A skilled electrical design engineer is required to deliver innovative solutions for complex land development and infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include designing overhead and underground utility electrical distribution systems, public lighting, and AS3000 projects.

Maintain compliance, approved designs, and timely delivery. Mentor junior engineers, provide design guidance, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Establish effective open communication with internal and external stakeholders, foster strong working relationships, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare specifications for electrical distribution systems, public lighting, and AS3000 projects.
  • Manage administrative and project records and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Coach and train junior engineers, provide design guidance, and assist with quality assurance checks.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • RPEV, RPEQ, and SAPN accreditations are highly desirable.
  • Preferably, experience in the Distribution, AS3000 / SIR's, Solar, Renewables, or Data Centres industry.
  • Essential skills: ability to manage multiple projects, interpret client requirements, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
