Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care
What We're Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
  • Clinical knowledge of pathologies and strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
  • A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
