About the Job
You'll join our dynamic team as we expand our digital footprint across Australian brands. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing efforts—driving growth across key digital channels including social media, display, programmatic, SEO, SEM, email, and affiliate marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute the annual digital and ecommerce marketing strategy, setting performance targets aligned with business goals
  • Lead planning and implementation of digital marketing activities across Paid Media, SEO, SEM, EDM/CRM, and affiliate channels
  • Manage the Digital Marketing and CRM calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and alignment with broader marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate external marketing efforts, including marketplaces, affiliates, and agency partnerships to maximize reach and ROI
  • Project manage B2C campaigns, overseeing content creation, asset delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agencies
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify performance improvement opportunities and produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Drive organic social media strategy for Hard Yakka and KingGee, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking
  • Create and manage on-brand content for websites, social media, EDMs, and blogs, ensuring consistency and engagement

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has strong technical skills in digital marketing, particularly in paid media and performance marketing
  • Is proficient in Google Analytics and comfortable analyzing campaign data to inform optimisations
  • Can translate campaign data into actionable insights and clearly communicate results to stakeholders
  • Possesses strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience working across internal teams and external agencies
  • Has a creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to brief and evaluate content that drives brand engagement and conversion
