Job Description

The Security and Use of Force Coordinator role involves providing support to the Assistant Superintendent Security, encompassing the evaluation, monitoring, and reporting on security technology. Additionally, recommendations are made on security issues to facilitate the security team in achieving Departmental objectives related to procedural, physical, and dynamic security responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor security technology to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations on security issues to support the security team in achieving Departmental goals.
  • Coordinate the Centre's internal Use of Force review process, ensuring reviews are conducted within allocated timeframes.
