About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Perth region. As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will provide care for our elderly or disabled community in the comfort of their homes with our home visiting service.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments relating to Occupational Therapy and tailoring treatment plans to suit the client's needs. You will engage with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs, and healthcare professionals to provide effective care to patients while maintaining positive relationships with Case Managers, GPs, and referrers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA
  • Qualification as an Occupational Therapist
  • A valid driver's license, access to your own vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
  • The ability to complete NDIS clearances
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application

Salary and Benefits

This is a rewarding opportunity with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits and professional development opportunities.
