Senior Occupational Therapist

Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including bonus programs, travel reimbursement, comprehensive induction plans, flexible work arrangements, career progression opportunities, and professional development initiatives.
Job Description:This Senior Occupational Therapist role involves working with clients to develop personalized therapy plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in occupational therapy, preferably with senior-level experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with NDIS policies and procedures;
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in occupational therapy.
