Job Opportunity: State Administration Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. As a State Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of business and administrative support across various service sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct moderately complex projects to support national service development initiatives.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to contribute valuable insights and expertise.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor program outcomes to ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and funding requirements.
Requirements:
- A relevant Business qualification or equivalent experience.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- A valid Driver Licence.
- Experience working in a Not For Profit & Homelessness sector.
- Strong research, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other IT systems.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
