Job Opportunity: State Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. As a State Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of business and administrative support across various service sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct moderately complex projects to support national service development initiatives.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to contribute valuable insights and expertise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Monitor program outcomes to ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and funding requirements.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Business qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A valid Driver Licence.
  • Experience working in a Not For Profit & Homelessness sector.
  • Strong research, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other IT systems.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
