Job Summary

A skilled and motivated Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician is required to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality service to our customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
  • Using the latest field-based mobile technology to assist with daily work schedule management.
  • Accurately maintaining important service records of work performed.
  • Conducting customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services.
  • Assisting in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
