Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized care for ageing adults in their own homes. Our goal is to assist clients to remain living independently at home with dignity.
As a valued member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing essential support with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Caring for ageing adults in their own homes
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or above; nursing or paramedicine degrees also accepted
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area
- A valid Australian driver license and access to a reliable car
