Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit apprentice and trainee students for our program through strategic business development activities.

- Deliver engaging training sessions for the Certificate III in Hospitality program, focusing on front-of-house operations and food and beverage services.

- Develop and update training materials and curriculum to align with industry standards.

- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to support student development.

- Foster relationships with industry partners for student recruitment.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends through continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.

- Relevant qualifications and experience in hospitality management, particularly in front-of-house and food and beverage services.

- Experience delivering training for Certificate III in Hospitality or similar programs.

- Proven business development skills with experience attracting and enrolling students.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
