Senior Financial Analyst Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.

The role involves conducting comprehensive financial reviews of state and divisional cost centres across Europe, ensuring accuracy and integrity in journals and accounting treatment of transactions. Additionally, you will oversee monthly store expense reviews for European operations, maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and transparency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed month-end reviews of cost centres and store expenses with exceptional attention to accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee monthly store expense reviews for European operations, maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Produce detailed weekly labour reports for all European brands and markets, providing valuable insights into workforce costs.
  • Prepare clear summaries of financial results and engage regularly with key support teams and cost centre owners to discuss performance against budgets and projections.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in financial analysis within a multi-brand or multi-market environment, ideally within retail or consumer goods sectors. You should also have proven ability to conduct detailed month-end reviews of cost centres and store expenses with exceptional attention to accuracy and integrity.

Above all, you will be an expert in performing balance sheet reconciliations for complex business structures operating internationally, and have experience managing royalty payments and licensing reconciliations on a global scale.
