Job Title: Courier Service Representative

Cafe Gusto is a vibrant cafe located in a business park. We are seeking a Courier Service Representative to deliver hot and cold food to corporate clients.

The duties will include:

  • Driving the company van to deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with the route dispatcher
  • Unloading goods as per client specifications
  • Reviewing deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
  • Obtaining delivery confirmations from each customer

In addition, the courier service representative will assist in general kitchen duties.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a delivery driver
  • A clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A positive and professional attitude
