Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers while working in a supportive and positive environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone or email
  • Organize equipment packing, printing, and couriering Australia-wide and internationally
  • Manage and order stock and supplies for the office and events
  • Assist with enrolment processing and emailing/calling customers
  • Improve systems and processes with your feedback and creative input

Skill requirements include:

  • A self-motivated 'can do' attitude
  • Strong organization skills
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in customer service and handling events administration
  • Good communication and computer skills
