Service Delivery Manager

At dnata, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our ground services and ramp services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client-centric operations strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve high levels of performance and service excellence.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and develop effective communication plans to drive a customer-centric culture.
- Develop and implement effective rosters and budget management to ensure cost-efficient and quality business outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate business processes and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation, and dnata Airport Services' policy and procedure.
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience with a customer-centric orientation and ability to drive a service culture.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrated record of achievement in building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Previous experience in a highly controlled and regulated industry, with the ability to lead, translate, implement, and manage ongoing compliance, industry standards, and legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated business acumen, including financial and budget management, and experience in driving culture change and continuous business improvement.
