Your Role

  • Adhere to our Claims Management Process, ensuring compliance with current legislation and making informed decisions on claims.
  • Minimize claims leakage and control costs through our AAL standards.
  • Manage expectations and relationships with claimants and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Bulletin and maintain positive team relationships, tailor communication to client interactions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.

About You

  • Possess relevant tertiary or industry-specific qualifications, with significant experience in claims management within a complex insurance organization.
  • Demonstrate technical capabilities and competence, meeting professional progression standards.
  • Experience in handling claims management processes and procedures across various general insurance product lines.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills to manage competing demands.
  • Exhibit the ability to analyze complex information, maintain high attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.
