As a seasoned Veterinary Manager, you will lead the Emergency and Critical Care department in our multi-disciplinary hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive clinical excellence, develop team members, and foster a positive workplace environment.

The role entails collaborating closely with the Head of ECC, managing the department, and supporting veterinarians. You will be responsible for roster and leave management, client liaison, and clinical work. Your expertise will ensure high standards of ECC/ICU care and contribute to the department's workflow.

We are seeking a professional with a veterinary degree registrable in Victoria, a proven track record of leading teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Membership of the Australian & New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Emergency & Critical Care or an equivalent international body is desirable.
