About This Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance leader to drive excellence in product testing across our Technology team. In this role, you will design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that combines manual and automated approaches, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust QA framework, championing best practices, and partnering with Agile teams to deliver high-quality products. Your technical expertise and leadership will inspire a culture of quality across everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a QA strategy that aligns with business and engineering goals, including standards, test plans, test case procedures, and automation coverage.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across projects, ensuring automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive initiatives for performance, security, and scalability testing.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers across manual, automation, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to embed quality early in the SDLC.
  • Advocate for shift-left testing and test-driven development approaches.
  • Identify gaps in tools and processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Act as the voice of quality in product planning and release readiness.
  • Provide clear test reports, defect analysis, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
