We are seeking a highly skilled Vineyard Manager to lead our team at our Lake Marmal Vineyard in Victoria. As a key member of our viticulture team, you will be responsible for the management of our 169ha site, including operational support, implementation of work programs, and ensuring safe and efficient operations within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise vineyard teams to achieve yield and quality targets
  • Implement and maintain effective irrigation processes and mechanical systems
  • Develop and implement work programs to optimize vineyard performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with the Viticultural Manager to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warm climate vineyard management
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent technical understanding of viticulture and irrigation systems
  • Relevant degree or qualification in viticulture or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
