Job Title: Manufacturing Operator - Newcastle

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for performing general labouring duties and operating machinery, including overhead cranes and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labouring duties and operate hand and power tools.
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials around the factory.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • Precast concrete manufacturing experience is preferable.
  • You must be physically fit and able to lift 20kgs repetitively.
  • A current forklift license or overhead crane competencies would be advantageous.
  • You will be required to work 10-12 hour shifts.
