Job Opportunity:

You will provide guidance and mentoring to support participants in achieving their employment goals. This includes facilitating engaging learning experiences, adapting content to suit individual learning styles, and guiding participants through their employment journey with empathy and professionalism.

  • Deliver theory-based and practical learning sessions in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of participant progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience supporting people with disabilities, preferably in employment or vocational contexts.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse learners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution and escalation.
  • Ability to build positive relationships across community and industry networks.
  • High-level administration skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
