The Role

This role will see the successful candidate focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience, building rapport with regular customers, and recognizing loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Recognize loyal customers, providing personalized fashion consultation and care
  • Stay on top of stock levels, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Support sales floor, front register, fitting room, and store reserves duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and have a passion for success. You will need to be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven, thriving when provided with challenges and working well in a team or autonomously.
