Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and engaged.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, driving business growth and success.
  • Process large volumes of stock, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store environment, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times, driving sales and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
