Job Opportunity:

Seeking a dedicated Educational Leader to join our team in Caulfield. As an Educational Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational programs offered to children and guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

In this position, you will collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
