The Role We are seeking an ordained Anglican minister or suitably qualified people to join our chaplaincy team. Opportunity exists for a 12 month fixed term full time role commencing in January 2026 at our Caulfield Campus. It is expected that the person has a personal commitment to the Christian faith, clearly affirms and participates in our Anglican tradition; has a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, with an ability to creatively engage contemporary culture.

Key Duties

• Embody and equip others in providing holistic care to students, staff and families.
• Model high expectations to enable a safe and supportive culture.
• Actively participate in professional development activities.
• Enable spiritual inquiry, formation, and community engagement.
• Educate and steward the Anglican ethos of the school.
• Work with the chaplaincy team to lead and facilitate community gatherings e.g. Chapel, Assemblies, Founder's Service etc.
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.

Skills And Experience

• A recognised degree in theology is highly desirable.
• Proven pastoral experience is essential.
• Pedagogical expertise and experience engaging students at the secondary level.
• VIT Registration or the ability to gain this, is essential for this position.
