Project Coordinator and Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced technical project coordinator and asset manager to join our team.

  • Coordinate the design, planning, and implementation roadmap with contractors and stakeholders for enterprise-wide asset management systems.

  • Support the core technical and engineering management of multidisciplinary design management and supervision, procurement, construction, and operational readiness functions.

  • Ensure certified compliance standards are met.

  • Deploy business applications including asset, facility, services, contracts, and compliance management systems.

As a technical project coordinator and asset manager, you will support the group's marine infrastructure and services operations, particularly the Darwin ship lift facility project.

You will lead the implementation and support operations for project asset management and reliability systems, overseeing the incorporation of integrated solutions for asset, facility, services, contracts, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical consulting disciplines such as engineering, asset management, and sustainment, MRO application or reliability engineering, and infrastructure management.

  • Familiarity with enterprise asset management, facility management, and services management (e.g., Dynamics 365) is preferred.

  • Familiarity with marine engineering operations is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with project/task management.

  • A demonstrable experience in managing complex processes or projects, preferably across a multidisciplinary landscape.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrable experience in working with internal and external stakeholders and teams.

  • Experience in commercial operations with exposure to contracting, negotiation, contract management, and compliance is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, management, or a related field.
