Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical expertise to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve plant and equipment reliability
  • Lead and manage mechanical trades teams, supervising during facility shutdown periods
  • Ensure preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently
  • Investigate process, plant, and equipment failures, developing permanent solutions
  • Provide technical advice in manufacturing facilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering
  • Experience in batch manufacturing environments, specifically filling / packaging / palletising
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering positions
  • Previous experience in supervisory roles overseeing contractors or trades
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems and familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
