Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse.
- Previous leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor staff to provide excellent care.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
- High level of computer literacy.
