Quarry Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quarry Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day quarry operations, deliver on production targets and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quarry management, leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a close-knit team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of quarry operations from production planning to maintenance scheduling
  • Fulfill statutory obligations as Site Senior Executive (SSE) under Queensland legislation
  • Lead, develop and mentor a capable operational team
  • Manage budgets resources and operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with environmental safety and industry standards
