The Manager of Retirement Living & Home Care will be an integral member of the leadership team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and support. This role involves developing strategic growth plans for business streams, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

  • Developing and delivering strategic growth plans for the Retirement Village, Home Care, Allied Health, and Commonwealth Home Support Program business streams.\
  • Leading the service with autonomy, supported by a strong team both locally and centrally.\
  • Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and the community.\
  • Ensuring the Service meets regulatory and organisational requirements.\
  • Achieving long-term financial viability.\
  • Supporting ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.\
