Customer Service Role

This position involves delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and customer-focused check-in and boarding services.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to passengers during check-in and boarding processes.
  • Manage queues and ensure a smooth flow of passengers through the terminal.
  • Conduct passenger marshalling on the tarmac and facilitate the safe and timely receipt and dispatch of aircraft.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight operational duties as required.
  • Develop strong skills in Sabre Departure Control System (DCS) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding service to lounge guests by providing amenities and services with a high level of professionalism.
  • Offer dedicated support to Rextra Care customers and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Assist with damaged or lost baggage enquiries and provide solutions to resolve these issues efficiently.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
  • Task-driven individuals who can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks are highly valued.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is crucial.
  • Experience with Sabre DCS is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is vital.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in high-service environments, is necessary.
  • Must be able to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate to meet regulatory requirements.
