About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as an Executive Team Member at the Wintersun Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Develop the Team: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.
  2. Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests.
  3. Drive Business Growth: Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests. Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Leadership Experience: Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming.
  2. Team Management: Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
  3. Operational Experience: Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  4. Customer Service Skills: Highly developed customer service skills.
  5. Industry Certifications: Current industry RSA and Approved Managers.
