Your Role
The Retail Cluster Manager will oversee the management of the retail hub, ensuring high-volume store operations meet performance and compliance standards. Your experience in managing operations within a multi-site environment will enable you to successfully undertake the responsibilities of the Retail Cluster Manager role.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the replenishment and visual merchandising of stock in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring optimal store displays and minimizing stock losses.
- Oversee the consistent implementation of security measures to minimize loss of resources and assets, maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
- Regularly review and analyze sales performance, developing strategies to enable stores to meet or exceed targets, and drive business growth.
You Will Need
- Relevant qualifications in business or retail management, with a strong understanding of fashion retail trends and market analysis.
- Experience in managing operations within a multi-site environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Proven strong leadership skills, including people performance management, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- High-level skills in planning, organizing, stock management, rostering, and sales performance analysis, with the ability to develop strategies to lift or enhance sales performance.
- High-level computer skills in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
