About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Lewisham. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving store performance, developing our frontline team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with the training and development of the team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Order and maintain stock availability, ensuring the store is always fully stocked and ready for customers
  • Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing/managing shifts in a Retail environment
  • Passion and dedication to delivering customer and service excellence
  • Results-oriented with high energy to inspire your team
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
