You will work within an innovative team and play a critical role in managing the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with HR Policies and Regulations.

The Senior Advisor provides expert human resources support across various functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, Employee Relations, performance management, workplace wellbeing, and Compliance.

This role requires a strong understanding of Workplace Relations, including industrial relations and Enterprise Agreement Interpretation. You will need to provide tailored HR advice at all levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR records.

You will also be responsible for identifying workplace trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure people and culture strategies align with organisational priorities.

To succeed in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification with a minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to best-practice HR principles is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field
