About the Role

This position is responsible for providing maintenance administrative duties to support SG Fleet's supplier and customer requirements. The role assists with the creation and processing of supplier purchase orders, distribution of outbound customer notifications, and manages inbound tasks generated from internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and authorize payment of service orders raised, ensuring customer requirements are met and advising on potential process improvements
  • Role model excellent customer service and drive a customer-first culture by managing issues effectively and in a timely manner
  • Provide administration support with the management of Maintenance Team-related tasks, such as mid-lease changes, due-for-service, and bulk approvals
  • Perform purchase order reconciliation, in conjunction with Finance, to ensure cost control and invoicing accuracy
  • Ownership of a portfolio of assigned tasks involving varied administration, supplier, and customer support functions
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Competent level of proficiency in software packages, with the ability to learn new systems confidently
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, meeting specified deadlines and reporting regularly on progress
  • Critically analyzes information and resolves problems through to complete resolution in a timely and effective manner
  • Consistently driven to take responsibility for high-quality work, showing innovative and forward thinking
