Bread Specialist Opportunities

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our opening team as bread specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of artisan breads and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake artisan breads and baked goods using traditional techniques and recipes.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in all products by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with sourdough baking.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with early morning shifts and physical work.
