As a Technical Test Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and flow of data across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies to validate system functionality and ensure accuracy of data transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and documentation to facilitate efficient testing processes.
  • Perform thorough analysis of test results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, driving business growth and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in communication tools like Office 365, Slack, and Outlook.
  • Experience with AVO Assure or similar testing tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules and UKG Dimensions/Kronos configuration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of integration testing best practices and certification in ISTQB or CAST.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical support, with focus on software testing.
  • Certifications in ITIL4, ISTQB, or CAST highly desirable.
