Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity

Are you a sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

This role requires a highly motivated individual to succeed in a fast-paced environment, upholding the quality of our brand and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences, recommending products that meet customers' requirements.
  • Work closely with Visual Merchandising teams to maintain visually appealing store displays and Mystery Shopper standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales or similar experience, persuasive communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
