Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our health and safety plan and acting as a subject matter expert for health and wellbeing matters.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in a challenging and dynamic environment. As a Health and Wellbeing Expert, you will assist in identifying and mitigating occupational health risks, hazardous manual tasks, and ergonomic hazards. You will also investigate injury causation, assess related risks, and provide practical solutions to de-risk work activities and reduce injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute the Health and Safety Strategy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Provide technical advice and solutions for health and wellbeing issues
* Coach and build capability in operational teams on key health and safety activities
* Manage Return to Work processes
* Oversee Health and Safety Management System implementation and improvement

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar role within a high-risk industry
* Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices
* Ability to engage confidently with team members, customers, and stakeholders
