Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Dugald River Mine. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining site maintenance strategies across all equipment and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance budgets and resource allocation plans.

• Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a mineral processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and failure mode elimination.
• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical trades qualification or engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
