We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team at the Dugald River Mine. As a Planner, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and modifying site maintenance strategies across all equipment and infrastructure using the ARMS program One PM.

• Create and maintain accurate weekly work schedules reflecting all maintenance activities, ensuring adequate resource allocation and capacity leveling.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage expenditure within budget levels and assist in the development of maintenance budgets.
• Collaborate with the Senior Planner and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment of resources.
• Continuously improve maintenance practices to enhance overall maintenance performance.

• Extensive planning and scheduling experience in a mineral processing fixed plant maintenance operations environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of strategy creation and failure mode elimination.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work area responsibilities as directed by management.
• Technical trades qualification or Engineering qualifications in the appropriate discipline from a recognized institution.
• Manual driver's license.
• High-level understanding of common maintenance practices and standards.
• Exceptional knowledge of SAP, particularly SAP PM and Master Data objects.
