About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and innovate within a forward-thinking organisation. As the Head of Financial Lines Broking, you will:

  • Lead and manage the national broking operations for financial lines risks
  • Achieve growth and expansion of the team to achieve strong market perception and branding
  • Operate as a specialised subject matter expert across Financial & Professional lines products to support teams on the ground with technical queries, mentorship & development
  • Develop and implement integrated leadership strategies to execute on national business goals
  • Achieve desired growth and profit targets with autonomy to execute strategies to achieve this
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements across broker functions

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated leadership experience, strong technical understanding across financial & professional lines, and strategic and financial acumen to facilitate autonomous operation of the business unit. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We offer a competitive salary package, including up to $250k + superannuation, and potential for equity participation. The role also offers flexibility, with the option to work from any East Coast location.
