Your Journey with Us

You'll be assigned a dedicated manager who will guide your personal development and provide support. A rotational mentor will also be available to help you learn the ropes in each team. Additionally, you'll have a student mentor who can assist you in navigating the office and introducing you to new colleagues.

About You

We're looking for motivated university students who possess initiative, perseverance, and a desire to continually learn. We seek individuals who enjoy working on meaningful projects and are driven to improve their knowledge.

Some key skills and qualifications we're seeking include:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business or related field (with an IT major, although other academic backgrounds will be considered)
  • Completing studies no earlier than 2027
  • Able to commit to at least two days per week during semesters (three days preferred)
  • High-calibre individuals with excellent communication skills in English
  • Interested in technology, innovation, and using digital platforms to solve business challenges
  • Problem-solvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure
  • Able to take instructions, prioritize tasks, be a good listener, empathetic, collaborative, and team-oriented
