Our graduates help clients plan, deliver, track and maintain large-scale infrastructure projects, from sports stadiums to railways, often working as part of cross-functional teams.

As a graduate in our Engineering, Technology & Digital pathway, you'll be involved in real client work alongside a wonderful and friendly team who are more than happy to share their knowledge base and expertise with you. You'll build knowledge of several industries and businesses, develop and manage project workflows, conduct feasibility studies for infrastructure projects, help clients to optimise asset management strategies, perform cost-benefit analyses, or provide ideas and advice for smart planning decisions.

This is a one-year grow pathway with targeted coaching, support and development as you grow your new career. You'll start work in February 2026 (typically, some teams have a slightly different schedule) with a full-time and ongoing graduate role.
