We are seeking an experienced Complex Building Services Professional to join our team in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for delivering complex building services across major projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of services-related requirements, manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and identifying opportunities for process improvement in services delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field. A proven track record in a similar role within the construction industry, particularly in large infrastructure or complex building projects, is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills are also required, as well as familiarity with project management software and tools.
