Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor to designated teams.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to lead performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support pricing strategies, tender submissions, and large client proposals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support client arrangements, compliance, and operational planning.
  • Enhance working capital management and oversee significant write-offs.
  • Assist in resource planning and team structuring aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide responsive support on ad hoc queries and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, law, or business.
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within professional services or legal environments.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
