The Enterprise Architect Hybrid collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize existing systems, integrate payment services, enhance EFTPOS devices, and detect and prevent fraud.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
- Analyze the enterprise architecture, including business, information, data, application, and technology components.
- Design and analyze solutions for integrating payment services, ensuring scheme compliance, and supporting multi-currency acquiring.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and upgrades.
- Architect solutions for integrating EFTPOS devices with the bank's systems.
- Address compatibility, security, and performance considerations.
- Work closely with security teams to implement fraud detection mechanisms.
- Leverage machine learning models, rule-based systems, and anomaly detection to identify suspicious activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) as an enterprise architect within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of payment protocols (ISO 8583, NDC, etc.) and industry trends.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and microservices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
